The Missouri Association of Rural Education has been retained by the Orrick R-XI Board of Education to conduct a search for their next Superintendent of Schools.  Orrick R-XI School District is located in Ray County (Orrick) in West Central Missouri.

• Interviews Tentative Date – Week of March 23-27, 2026
• Anticipated Contract Offer Date – Not later than March 27, 2026
• Contract Begins – July 1, 2026

Salary/Benefits Information:

• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Salary Range:  $100,000-$125,000.
• Administrative experience required/ Central Office administrative experience preferred.
• Missouri Superintendent’s Certificate or eligibility thereof required. 
• Board paid insurance benefits including health and life. 
• Initial two-year contract will be offered.
• Individual accepting the position must live within 30 miles of the district office prior to the start of the second contract year

• Provide evidence of Missouri Superintendent Certificate (copy of certificate).

• Include any other supporting documents that would enhance the application file.
