Assistant Principal - High School

Ozark R-VI Schools is seeking a motivated and collaborative High School Assistant Principal to help lead a positive and high-performing school environment. Working closely with the supervising principal, this position supports daily school operations by promoting student discipline and attendance, assisting with instructional leadership, and fostering strong relationships with students, staff, and families. The Assistant Principal will collaborate with teachers and administrators to support academic success, oversee and evaluate staff, assist with teacher evaluations, and help maintain a safe and productive learning environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Education and a valid Missouri Secondary Principal certification.
