High School Principal

Ozark R-VI School District is seeking a visionary and experienced High School Principal to lead and support a comprehensive secondary program focused on student success, safety, and academic excellence.  This role provides overall leadership for daily operations, including supervising staff, maintaining a postive and disciplined learning environment, overseeing currirulum and instruction, and ensuring accurate records, scheduling and reporting. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement by supporting teachers, evaluating staff, leading curriculum development, and collaborating with district leadership to enhance student achievement. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to manage school safety procedures, facilities, and community relationships. Candidates must hold, at a minimum, a Master's Degree in Education and a valid Missouri Secondary Principal certification.
