Principal/Director of Early Childhood

The Ozark R-VI School District is seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as Principal/Director of Early Childhood. This position provides overall leadership for the Tiger Paw Early Childhood Center (TPECC), overseeing Early Childhood Special Education, Title I, Parents as Teachers, and preschool/daycare programs. The ideal candidate will supervise and evaluate staff, guide curriculum and instruction, manage program budgets, and ensure compliance with special education requirements. This role also collaborates closely with district leadership, families, and community partners to create a unified, high-quality early childhood experience. Qualified candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Education and Missouri Special Education Director Certification, with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
