Assistant Elementary Principal (Building or District-Level Assignment Based on District Need)

The Crocker R-II School District is seeking a highly motivated instructional leader to serve as Assistant Elementary Principal. This individual will support daily building operations, supervision and evaluation of staff, student discipline, and the continued development of a strong school culture built on accountability, visibility, and high expectations. The Assistant Elementary Principal will work closely with district and building leadership to support instructional improvement, student achievement, and staff development while maintaining a consistent and visible presence throughout the school. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community. Based on district needs and candidate qualifications, this position may include additional building or district-level administrative responsibilities and assignment may be adjusted to best support district leadership needs.
