The Missouri Association of Rural Education has been retained by the Bismarck R-V Board of Education to conduct a search for their next Superintendent of Schools.  Bismarck R-V School District is located in St. Francois County (Bismarck) in Southeast Missouri.

• Screening to begin – Ongoing during the application period
• Interviews Tentative Date – Thursday, March 5, 2026
• Anticipated Contract Offer Date – Thursday, March 5, 2026
• Contract Begins – July 1, 2026

Salary/Benefits Information:

• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Salary Range:  $125,000-$150,000.
• Administrative experience required/ Central Office administrative experience preferred.
• Missouri Superintendent’s Certificate or eligibility thereof required. 
• Board paid health insurance benefits.
• Initial multi-year contract will be considered
• District residency is not required.

• Provide evidence of Missouri Superintendent Certificate (copy of certificate).

• Include any other supporting documents that would enhance the application file.
