The Neosho School District is seeking applicants for a high school building principal for the 2026/2027 school year.
The High School Principal provides visionary leadership to support academic excellence, student well-being, and a positive school culture. This role oversees all aspects of school operations, including instructional leadership, staff development, student discipline, and community engagement. The principal works collaboratively with teachers, families, and district leadership to ensure high expectations and meaningful learning opportunities for all students. A strong focus is placed on building relationships, fostering a safe environment, and preparing students for postsecondary success. The principal leads continuous improvement efforts aligned to district goals and state standards. This position requires a student-centered leader who values collaboration, innovation, and clear communication.
