The Missouri Association of Rural Education has been retained by the Kirbyville R-VI Board of Education to conduct a search for their next Superintendent of Schools.  Kirbyville R-VI School District is located in Taney County (Kirbyville) in Southwest Missouri.

• Anticipated Hire Date – November 13, 2025
• Contract Begins – July 1, 2026

Salary/Benefits Information:

• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Salary Range: $95,000-$125,000.
• Administrative experience required/ Central Office administrative experience preferred.
• Missouri Superintendent’s Certificate or eligibility thereof required. 
• Board paid health insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability benefits.
• Initial multi-year contract will be considered.  
• Living in the district is strongly preferred.
