Purpose Statement
The job of the Director of Special Services and Federal Programs is done for the purpose/s of directing special education programs and services; directing several programs including gifted education, title I, II, III, and IV programs, ELL; providing information and serving as a resource to others; and achieving defined objectives by planning, evaluating, developing, implementing, and maintaining services in compliance with established guidelines.
 
This job reports to the Superintendent.
 
Terms of Employment
12 months (260 days).
